Versatility is the most important aspect of the gear I choose to become part of my rig. I play in multiple bands(Dawn of Ouroboros, Botanist, Sentient Ignition, Ophidian Forest) all of which require different tones and a huge array of effects. To meet the level of variety I need for my sound I choose to so amp modelers, however I never felt I was using them to their full potential through a traditional guitar cabinet. Working with Arachnid Cabinets, I was able to get a build that would allow me to fully realize the tone I create with a custom FRFR speaker cabinet. Now I can represent the sounds I get in the studio and transfer them effortlessly to a live setting.
